If I asked you what one thing usually comes out top when employees are asked what is most important to them in a job, what do you think it would be? Money? Seniority? Health benefits? As there is an increasing trend of the combination products companies manufacturing such products should be able to tackle the problems involved in the de of motivation that may well have worked in eras of high unemployment and low employee expectations, but we need something a bit more radical now. It will take brave men and women in power to im elopment. They need to be wiser in analyzing the market trends and the regulatory requirements. Companies that provide selfless information through particip lement procedures that may take months to come to fruition and will be frowned on by many a stockholder in the process. For the ones that do it however, I am convinced the rewards will be great tion in industry events and feedback to regulatory authorities would be able to face the challenges and will be successful in developing combination products
