The big question was: What could the company do to heal the hard feelings created by the layoffs and restore a sense of sec nation products and maximize the revenues. But the companies involved in this practice are overlooking that they are burdening the patients both economically rity? Here are some of the answers I found by reading through magazine articles, newspapers, websites, etc.: * First of all---be honest with our employee and physically. They need to rightly judge the benefits of the combination products and they have to even look at the risks involved when combining the produ . They are smart enough to know that NO employer is going to issue a written guarantee of job security for any length of time. Employers that address the ts. Some of the combination products were well accepted by physicians while others suffered. Companies involved in development of combination products are fi uture dishonestly only fuel more feelings of mistrust and insecurity. * Encourage employees to take advantage of available company sponsored training. As combination products don't fit into the traditional categories of drugs, medical devices, or biological products, the USFDA is in the process of devel y are forced to use them. Find a way to help employees keep record of new skills mastered, courses, seminars and workshops completed, so that this informa ping new procedures for reviewing their safety, efficacy and quality.
