Just Other Articles - What Does It Mean To Become The Expert?
It’s a great question, and I think one that is very misunderstood in business. I had read many different things about being the best in your field, and being at the top of your game… I According to USFDA, a combination product is one composed of any combination of a drug and device; biological product and device; drug and biological product never really understood what it meant until very recently. I was reading some fantastic information on being a leader… And then it hit me. People are attracted to others that are at ; or drug, device, and biological product and fixed dose combination would include two or more combinations of drug. Examples of combination products may in the top of their game. I think the attraction is actually embedded in our DNA. If you think about it, people have always been attracted to the strongest of the group, leader of the pa lude drug-coated devices, drugs packaged with delivery devices in medical kits, and drugs and devices packaged separately but intended to be used together. ck. It was always in our best interest to align ourselves with the strongest, the best, and the smartest. It was a matter of survival. Now of course we are not tribal, but I think the here is enormous increase in the number of combination products entering the market in the recent years. Combination products have proven advantages but fixe same concepts are basically the same. Now we are attracted to the greatest sports stars, the leaders of business and industry. Those people whose accomplishments we admire. Why are w d dose combinations are still in the process of convincing regulatory authority on their advantages over the single ingredient formulations. Combination pro attracted to these people? We can’t help it. I’m not sure that our survival depends on these people, but I think it is ingrained in us to seek out the best of the best, and try to get ucts have become life saving products for the pharmaceutical companies who doesn’t have many innovative molecules in their product pipeline and have been inc close to them. Align ourselves with those at the top!! At the time I hadn’t realized it but I had become an expert over the years. I had spent thousands and thousands of dollars on t easingly used in the product life cycle management. Even the companies having product patents are trying to extend their product life cycle through the combi raining and education. I had lost tons of money on the internet.(an invaluable lesson) I had learned a few gems and applied them from some leaders of the industry. I had built a coupl nation products and maximize the revenues. But the companies involved in this practice are overlooking that they are burdening the patients both economically e of different direct marketing companies to several hundred distributors. I had checks coming from a bunch of different places. People would call me all the time and ask for help or a and physically. They need to rightly judge the benefits of the combination products and they have to even look at the risks involved when combining the produ dvice…. I had earned well over 6 figures several times... A had become an expert. I did know what it would take to help other people. I had earned the distinction of expert… Then som ts. Some of the combination products were well accepted by physicians while others suffered. Companies involved in development of combination products are fi thing very unusual started to happen. I started promoting myself as an expert. Not to be a braggart, Not to Puff myself up, but because it was… a simple fact. I had basically the equi ding difficulty in defining their combination products and facing various challenges from selecting a combination to marketing it. Following aspects would a valent of a masters degree in my industry. I had spent more time, effort, money, sweat and tears than just about anybody else out there. My experience was valuable to other people. M dd to the challenges in developing combination products: Which markets to tap where the combination products can do fairly well? Which combination prod y ability to communicate successful ideas and have people apply them was recognized. It really hit me after that… Becoming an expert… And promoting yourself as such, started to attrac cts are meaningful and rational? Which therapeutic categories to select? Which Combinations can address unmet needs of the patients? Do combin t other people to me. They couldn’t help it. It was part of their biological makeup, to want to work with people that were at the top of their game. People that could really offer the tions increase the patient compliance? What would be the developing cost? How to tackle the risks encountered during combination product developmen m something. This is really what “becoming the expert” is all about. You will attract people to you that need your help. You need to expose those accomplishments, those abilities to t t? As combination products don't fit into the traditional categories of drugs, medical devices, or biological products, the USFDA is in the process of devel e world because they need you!! Most likely you are already an expert about something. Maybe you know how the computers work. Maybe you make the best websites. Maybe you can write awe ping new procedures for reviewing their safety, efficacy and quality. Maybe you bake the best chocolate chip cookies in town... Whatever it is... the world needs to know that you are the expert in that area. We al y and representatives from various regulatory agencies are working out to design the regulatory requirements for manufacture and sale of combination products l need to work with those people that can provide us expertise in the areas that we are lacking in. The better that you become at something, the more valuable you become... So you see . As there is an increasing trend of the combination products companies manufacturing such products should be able to tackle the problems involved in the de , your not the only one that benefits from you becoming, and realizing, that you are infact an expert.
